What to know about the ‘bizarre’ death of Robin Williams’ friend barry White

An artist who painted a picture of Robin’s death at the hands of an unknown assailant was arrested in Washington, D.C., and charged with murder after the painting was discovered, according to local media.
According to Fox 5 DC, Robert Allen White, 52, was arrested Friday at his apartment in the 2400 block of Pennsylvania Avenue NW.
He was scheduled to appear in court Friday morning, according the station.
The painting depicts Williams’ body slumped on the couch with a knife in his hand, with his face pressed against the wall.
It was discovered Saturday night.
White has a criminal history that includes convictions for drug possession, trespassing and vandalism, according Fox 5.
White had previously painted several other murals of Williams that depict his death and his death scene.
The artist told the station that he was “deeply saddened” by the painting.
“I was very close to Robin and just couldn’t fathom what he must have been going through,” White told the news station.
